Hard Truth

This week we talked about a hard truth that most people do not realize until much later, that while you were just trying to survive a difficult season, something was quietly being built in you the entire time.
Not everything that builds you feels good while it is happening.
Not everything that grows you looks like progress in the moment.
Sometimes it just looks like showing up, holding on, and getting through the day.
The article this week was centered around one core idea, you walked through something hard, but only later realized what was built in you, and that realization can completely change how you view your past, your present, and even the challenges you are facing right now.
WEEKEND CHALLENGE
Take a few minutes this weekend and reflect on one hard season you lived through, not to relive the pain, but to recognize what it built in you.
Did it build patience, resilience, perspective or show you strength that you did not know you had
Write down one thing that season built in you and carry that awareness into the week ahead.
Because if you lived through it, it did not just hurt you, it shaped you.
